Guidelines for Grooming
A few rules keep every dog safe and every appointment on time. Prices for each service are on the services page, and anything not covered here is a question for the front desk.

Before you arrive
On a leash
All pets must be on a leash when they come in.
Rabies vaccination
Required for every groom. Email the record to raleighgroomingco@gmail.com ahead of time or bring it with you at drop off.
A chance to relieve themselves
Please give your pet enough time to go before the appointment. There is a poop station outside.
Female dogs in season
A female dog in season should be rescheduled for once it has passed.
At drop off
By appointment only
Grooming is by appointment, and no appointment is accepted more than 15 minutes late.
Plan on 2 to 4 hours
A groom can take 2 to 4 hours depending on what your dog needs.
Ticks
Excessive tick removal, meaning more than 5 ticks, is subject to a fee.
The salon's policy on matted coats

Any dematting can incur a fee, and the policy is discussed with you at drop off. Meet the people who will be handling your dog on the team page.
Pick up and changes
Five hours at most
Dogs must not be in our care for more than 5 hours. We close at 4:30 PM, so pick up 15 minutes before close or a late pick-up fee applies.
Cancel or reschedule
Give at least 48 hours in advance.
Missed appointments
A missed appointment is subject to the cost of a full groom, paid in full before rebooking.
